Please find attached the ENTRY FORM for the approaching winter season and ensure that this is forwarded to whoever looks after your teams and arranges payments.

You'll see that the cost per team can be reduced to £45 from £100 by payment received on or before August 15th and entries must be received by August 25th.

Matches are scheduled to start week commencing Monday 2nd October with the usual breaks and no games the two half term weeks. If your club has anything during the season that might cause an issue of hosting on a particular night or week then please inform me with your entry details so that we can try and arrange matches to be away.
